What is the process for returning an order?
You can return any unused items within 100 days of purchase using our fast and simple process.
Just visit our Contact Us to submit your return request and we will send you a prepaid shipping label ASAP.
Shipping costs on first return per order are complimentary. Additional returns are subject to a shipping and handling cost of $9.95.
Can I return items that have been decorated?
We are not able to process returns for decorated items.
We always recommend testing your decoration method on one item to see how it works for you!
How long does my refund take?
We know how important it is to process prompt and reliable refunds.
Combining return shipping time, inspection time, and your bank's credit processing time it could take up to 7-21 days to have your refund issued.
Store credit returns will be applied to your account as soon as your return is received and inspected at our warehouses.
We will send an email notification to let you know as soon as it’s completed.
