Tax exemption is quick!
Simply visit our Orders page when logged into your account and click the link for Tax Exemption on the left hand side of the page and follow the instructions there.
Our team will be in touch with you if anything else is needed to complete the process.
How do bulk discounts work?
At Jiffy, we are always working to provide the most competitive pricing possible.
Bulk pricing is based on your cart total and can include any combination of styles and is eligible on an item level once your cart reaches the $150 bulk discount threshold.
Every product page on the site includes a bulk buyers chart that will show the item's price per cart total.
How long do tracers take?
Tracers can take some time to complete; up to 8 weeks even.
We know that is a long time and are always working closely with our couriers to close investigations as quickly as we can.
Our team will always stay in touch and keep you up to date on the progress and if there is anything needed to move things forward.
Once a refund is provided it can take 5-10 business days due to bank processing time.
Store credit is the quickest option as this will be posted to your account once it has been submitted.
Why don’t all my reviews receive a coupon code?
We love to hear your feedback and reviews really help our customers find the best apparel for their needs.
The problem may be that you have reviewed the product in a previous order, as we only offer the coupon for the first time you review a product.
One way to make sure you continue to receive the review coupons is to keep ordering products you have never tried before!
