Do they run small...Im looking for tshirt vneck that don't shrink

I ordered a Medium as request from a customer and she tried it on and she said it was a little snug, and she wear Medium in just about every brand. so personally i would size up just to make sure!
For perspective, I would normally buy an extra small T-shirt at the gap or Old Navy. 5’2” 118 pounds. I bought four V-neck plain T-shirts all size small from this website, as most write ups said they fit small. This was my favourite one. Fit was awesome, Not overly tight anywhere But keep in mind, these are fitted T’s. They’re not going to be a boxy, loose fitting shirt like a fruit of the loom out of a package. This was not like the typical box style you would buy at Michael’s. Here’s my rankings from the picture from best to least favourite: Gray: Gildan Soft Style G64V Green: Ideal T Next level N1540 White: Next Level N6480 Ladies' Sueded V Black: Next Level 6640 Ladies' CVC Deep V

Multiple colors / materials
I used this shirt to create a custom shirt for myself. Love the fit, style and quality! SOFT, but not too thin and see through! VERY nice for my HTV as well.
I used them for a friends new business logo and it took the vinyl so well and has been washed a few times and still looks perfect! Recommend for sure! A little smaller so if you are a certain size and worries about it being too tight maybe just size up one. You can always wash it and it will shrink too
These are a ladies cut, so they run smaller than a regular soft style tee. I did sublimation and bleach and this shirt was perfect. My customer love it!
