Material:
100% Cotton
A third of the center hat seams were misaligned. Had bought 24 and only 16 were aligned properly. Cheap hat so will use the rest for tests. Either spend more money for nicer hat, or accept the QA deficiencies. Buckle is of nice quality and the navy color was nice.
