This shirt has a super soft feel and quality. I would recommend for embroidery but nor for Heat transfer. The heat press will leave a marking on the fabric.
I wear a large in women's t-shirts, I ordered M in mens they fit good in upper body but a little snug at the hips.

I have used these shirts before for work. They are very comfortable and hold up well. The colors last after many washes and wrinkles fall out easily. Good for a casual dress/light labor work
