Returns are part of running a customer-first business. We have made it easier to track your returns, including each one's status. One click, and you can tell if you need to mail anything back to us, if an item is already in transit, or if you've received the refund. You can also re-access return labels here and see exactly how much you receive back with each return.

A new store credit portal within your account allows you to track all your store credits. Easily check your balance and previous credit use. Review exactly what items or orders you used credits on for a seamless process.
Looking to use your store credits to snag comfy fall and winter hoodies? Check out one of our favorite heavy-blend pullover sweatshirts, perfect for all your sublimation and HTV projects.
Don't have time to browse JiffyShirts' full inventory? Know exactly what you're looking for? Then, the quick style finder feature is perfect for you! Use our easy-to-complete form to let us know what you're looking for, and we'll provide you with a list of results that match your exact inspiration.
Let us know what type of apparel you want (T-shirts, tank tops, women's shirts, sweatshirts, etc.), your preferred colors (we have a lot!), decoration method (heat transfer, embroidery, screen printing, or sublimation), and cut (women, men, youth, etc.). Then choose your size, and JiffyShirts will only display the products you want right now, saving you time and helping you get your items even faster.
We have found many of our customers come to find a product they love and use in many of their DIY projects. Reordering your favorite brands and styles is a breeze with the easy reorder button in your order history. Selecting the "Add to cart" button adds the same quantity, color, and style to your shopping cart automatically.

Fabrications Per Color Function
At JiffyShirts, we know how important fabric and material are for creating the perfect designs. That's why we have made it easier to view the fabrics within a single style and color. You can toggle this function on or off within the color view on the product page.

That's why JiffyShirts has made it easier than ever to explore customer Q&As and find answers to your own questions. Each product page has a Q&A section, so you can browse the most common queries.

We know the importance of organization, especially when managing multiple customer orders at one time. One of our favorite newly added features is named carts. This feature allows you to manage multiple virtual shopping carts at one time. You can even name each cart and add customer-specific notes to better track different orders.
The named carts function is also handy for planning seasonal or holiday projects. Shopping for back-to-school apparel and see a festive red hoodie that will be perfect for the upcoming holiday season? Add it to your holiday DIY cart and come back to it later. Want to make personalized hoodies in a bright blue color for next summer's family reunion, but not yet sure of everyone's sizes? Add your favorite style to your cart and come back to it.
