I built up the lower pad with a mouse pad, the same size as the patch. Then I made a shield to go around the patch with old jean material, double thickness to protect the beanie from getting melted. I also cut down the pressure ant time just a bit. After you lift the hat press you can press the graphics with you hand. Great seller. I am selling for $15.

This is a great beanie hat. However; if you're planning on applying HTV to the patch area be very careful as to NOT heat the whole hat, as the acrylic material will stretch a lot and won't go back to it's original shape.

The coaches loved the hats so much they asked me to order them some more in different colors because they want these hats to be their every day hats now too. They fit both coaches perfectly and HTV applied to them as easy as it applies to tshirts. I used a mini handheld craft iron an HTV with some stretch.

These hats where perfect. They have a high quality feel. The inside of the hat is very comfortable and doesn't poke your head. The fabric used captures sweat well. The hats hold the embroidery well. I am a graphic designer who also provides print and embroidery services and I will definitely order more for my clients.

Great hat for HTV!

I ordered a previous hat from the Adams brand, and there must've been some kind of coating on it. Could NOT get the HTV to stick. So I ordered this hat for a take two, and it's far superior. Definitely recommend this hat for heat transfer vinyl applications!
