These were used for a local construction company comprised of former military members.

I was using this with heat transfer, good quality hat, however the crease made it a little difficult to get the heat transfer to adhere. I did use a hat press however it is more for like a trucker style hat with a brim and no crease.

This hat adheres to heat transfer very well. But after one wash the cap tore making it look like a distressed style.

I like using these hats because they’re simple. They fit nicely in my embroidery machine cap hoop without the material bunching up. These hats keep their shape over time and my favorite thing ever is bumping into a customer wearing the hat and they swear by it.

I made 30 of these hats for the gang that gets together to turn their deer meat into bologna. The weekend starts Thurs nite and goes through til Sun afternoon. It involves grinding, stuffing, boiling abnd smoking along with food and drink
