The cap is light in weight and does not cause over heating of the head area. Sizing is adjustable.

I am a school crossing guard in San Antonio Texas and the students who help me at the crossing stations could not be seen by the passing SUVs or Trucks, so I bought these hats for them to wear. They were perfect! They were adjustable and each student was able to fit them on their heads easily. Their vibrant color allowed drivers to see the students in the early morning hours and the materials used to produce these hats kept their heads cool during hot afternoons. They are Perfect! Thank you!

I bought one orange and one yellow cap to test and was impressed to add these to the upcoming uniform orders. These are a lot brighter in person than they appear online. The grey stripes reflect quite brightly; the Velcro adjuster hasn't slipped and the fabric stands up to a lot of abuse. I bought several kinds for vinyl sign installer uniform testing but this kind turned out the best.
