I heat-pressed "flocked" htv onto these hats for several of our drum corps vets. They look GREAT and fit really well-- I was surprised at how nice they are and how well they fit, given the low price! I have ordered more, since more of our vets want them-- I couldn't be more pleased!
I bought a new cap press, so I needed some caps to decorate. I decided to go with an inexpensive option. These 6-panel caps certainly feel different than structured caps, but don't mistake their unstructured nature for flimsiness. They have a relaxed and comfortable fit and are easy to work with on a cap heat press. I did not need to use any foam or other padding on the bottom platen. You should be able to use them on a flat heat press as well. I might test that out later on one of mine. You do have to keep the front seam in mind when using HTV on these caps. Thinner HTV and heat transfer paper might not be a good choice. Even puff HTV can show the stitching of that seam. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so I really noticed it at first. But people who have received the finished product are not complaining. I'm waiting for an order of 5-panel caps from the same company so that I can really get this part of my business rolling.
I used these hats for embroidery. They turned out great. The material is on the thinner side. There is a good size space for embroidery before you reach the eyelets. I think 2 inches by two inches looked nice but you can probably go up to about 3 inches by 3 inches or maybe a little more without hitting it. The picture with just eeyore is on the child size cap. The other three hats are this product.
The sweatshirt was perfect for sublimation! The item took the color well and was very vibrant. You have to be careful with pressure or it will leave a box where the paper is put ok when sublimating. I will definitely be ordering them again.
These shirts are better quality than the Comfort Colors brand that are all the rage these days. They are soft and maintain their shape unlike the other popular brand. I bought several colors and put some HTV designs on a few and left some blank. The HTV went on like a charm! I have recommended these to my crafting friends and they love them, too!

The shirt fit well and after laundering twice, kept its shape, size and came out of the dryer ready to wear. I love it. Perfect texture; not too thick but also not flimsy or too thin.
About Jiffy: I generally don't buy something like a T-shirt from a web site I've never heard of. First, I emailed them with a question and they immediately responded. I liked the vibe of their website and their prompt response and the fact that shipping costs were reasonable, plus they pay for return shipping if you don't like the product. Of course that requires you to believe them, and the Google "guarantee" is what I relied on here. Since I loved the shirts, I wasn't able to test their return policy.
These are my golf/grocery shopping/go out to a BBQ restaurant for lunch shirts. They look good and launder well. I'm 72 and when you get older your shape is no longer as muscled as it was 40 years ago. These shirts drape well and hide the wrinkly old fart inside.
My husband is an insulin pump wearer. His pump goes in the pocket of these t-shirts, under another shirt. We had trouble finding pocket tees. Thank you for carrying these, and for the speedy service.
The sport-tek posicharge headband subbed great, however, the headband itself is just OK. It is a bit small for an adult head, but maybe for a girls squad, could be something fun. There is no stretch to it, which makes it hard to pull over a bun or ponytail. It stays on for a little bit, but due to the slippery/shiny poly material, it doesn't stay on. It was a nice test run and will be used as a giveaway/freebie.
